I started my day with a protein shake: Liquid egg white, orange juice, 2 banana, and mango slices mixed with Jarrow's brown rice powder and ground flax seed. I also started the day with 16ozs water. Other things eaten today: pepper jack cheese stick, dry roasted mixed nuts, 6oz yogurt, and 1/4 cup grapes. Also enjoyed 1/4 cup of watermelon cubes. Drank plenty of water today!!
Dinner tonight will be salmon, corn niblets with red peppers, black beans, and onions, and sauted mushrooms. Also an open face Earth grains thin bun toasted and lightly topped with mozzarella.
