I forgot to eat lunch yesterday. Slept most of the day. I have a nasty cough and headache. I hope this feeling goes away soon.
Doing good with no soda. Day 3. Which explains the headache! I didn't quite get in 64 oz yesterday, so this morning I woke up with cotton mouth.
Not the ideal diet yesterday. My sodium and Cholesterol where in line though. I didn't go over any of the bars I set, but it still wasn't the healthiest meal I could have had.
On 3 challenges, Biggest Looser (Challenge 1 done! :D ), Water instead of soda which starts officially today for 8 weeks, Wii Fit Plus starts in 7 days for 2 weeks.
Numbers for the day were 30% RDI, 561 Cal, 85mg Chol, 1130mg Sod, 18.4g Fat, 67.71g Carbs, 30.3g Pro, 25.17g Sugar
Since I slept most of the day and didn't eat today is going to be TOUGH! I think all the food in the house is screaming 'COME EAT ME NOW' :(

So today was the first day I recorded exactly everything I've eaten. Well, as expected I'm not eating enough calories and my sodium level is way too high (double of what it should be). RDI 78%, Chol 128mg, Sod 4001mg, Fat 54g, Prot 55g, Calories 1476 out of 1900.
I've been sick for about a week. Not the best time to start this, but I'm not going to let any excuses derail me. Slept most of the day and didn't really cook just made box food. At least I measured out amounts instead of eating the whole box!
Re setup my Wii and made a Wii Fit Challenge on this site (already have 4 people! I'm excited). That should be fun. I love my Wii :D Also joined two other Challenges. 8 weeks of water instead of soda (this will be my hardest challenge) and 12 weeks of The Biggest looser Boys Vs Girls. That one is a nice big group, so lots of support there.
