Ugh... so tough. But it will be worth it. I know I can do more than I am and being a control freak perfectionist, I want to give up when I can't do my best or when I know I can do better. I need to let go of those feelings because not trying to get healthier just so I can avoid the possibility of failure is illogical and self destructive.

Went to the gym this morning and made a killer tofu and wheat bread sandwich for breaky and then laid out in the sun and made a shrimp wrap with 3 cups of greens for lunch. Made a video for you all to see how it's done. Post on youtube tonight. :) xoxoxo Good luck everyone keep it up!. :)

I've been traveling so it's really hard to keep with the site now. Also hard to make my challenges and enter in data. Afraid I don't have a whole lot of time tonight but I'm still writing all my calories down and exercise. For sure need more exercise. Going to gym in morning. :) Thank goodness. This is going to be extra hard cause next month I'll be flying across the country and then driving back to the west coast. Life is crazy for me right now, but I'm determined to get those greens and water in. :) Nothing taste as good as skinny feels. ;)
