Could have done better, went to sushi last night and had a beer too. ...then sake, then limoncello, then wine. :(

Talked to my sister and her hubby who are super in shape and got some good pointers on diet and exercise. I took two main things away.
Keep the sugars low and protein high in the morning. after a week of regimented exercise change your work out to keep your body guessing and do high/low interval in each workout instead of a steady pace throughout.

Well, entered in my food, did better but I can still improve. I went and got all the greens I plan on eating though I forgot to grab celery so I'll need to grab some again. I've decided to start tomorrow in order to practice the key principles of the challenge and I can get an idea of what I need to adjust so I'm ready and I can hit the ground running when I get to the start date monday. Additionally, that way I don't feel like going all out ,before I start the challenge, this weekend. :) I did buy a bottle of limoncello good thing it's too strong to have more than a sip. :) That will last me a while and kind of takes the edge off my hunger too. Here's to tomorrow. Here's to waking up at DAWN! Omg, and I have to stay up late tonight cleaning still. Oh give me strength! ;)
