What has dieting taught you about losing weight and keeping it off?
I've pretty much had to diet for the past two years since I began to get sick from preservatives. I also cut out hamburgers and some meat because that as well had me feeling sick. I also am on a somewhat diet as a cleansing process for the 30 day challenge. Of course this isn't a big change but I adjust to flushing my system for doomsday (Thanksgiving xD.)
But other than that I eat to a proper calorie range and that is where I am best suited at. I've learned that some diet ways make no sense whatsoever, some give results, and some are just TOO much. A lot of weird ones like the baby food diet and pet food diets are just too disturbing for my taste.
