I am 23 days in to this program. I have completed a 3 week boot camp for 21 days and I run in the evenings three times a week and I have managed to gain 5lbs..... This is very upsetting to me and I am sick of people telling me its muscle!! My fitness has improved but I am still gaining weight, I really don't eat that much!! I won't give up but don't know what to do unless I go on crazy diet like the cabbage soup diet where we lose 10lbs in 10 days, it's works I have done it before but is very tough and the soup is dreadful!! AHHHH feel better for getting my frustration out...

Just started day 1 of three 3 week boot camp, hopefully this will kick start my weight loss!!

Weighted in 2.6lbs up, very sad. I have been working out lots this week. I know it relates to my weekend away!! So in 3 weeks I have lost 0.4lbs which is nothing as I fluctuate more than that in a day! Feel very disheartened.
I am signing up for a 21 boot camp, 7am starts and hopefully this will seriously kick start the weight loss. My diet is okay, need to reduce the alcohol intake at weekends!

COmpletely fell off the wagon over the weekend. I went away and eat and drank to excess. Getting focused again, not gonna weight myself until I put a good week in!

This site is very helpful and keeps me on track.
1. It focuses me to eat healthy
2. Do more exercise
3 And stay within my calorie allowance
I have lost 3lbs already
