HCG drops
I lost my wife last year after she used HCG for 39 days. She was following the diet and losing the weight. Everything was fine for the first 30 days then she developed red blisters from the back of her mouth down her throut. It was very painful and seemed to me to look a lot like strep. There was no fever or any other symptoms for that matter. I blamed on the drops and insisted that she stop using them. She did but after it was to late. She had gone to the doctor for the blisters and they put her on antibiotics. After 5 days the blisters got worse. She went back to the doctor, now they said it must be a virus. So after 7 days the blisters started to go away. But now the vomiting started. After several days of not being able to hold anything down I took her to the ER. They hydrated her and after 24 hours sent her home. Several days later she became dehydrated again. Back to the ER and this time they found that she has gall stones. Admitted her and scheduled the proceedure. After the surgery the vomiting continued and she had an attack 2 days before the surgery. I became scared for her at this point. I could hear the fear in her voice as she explained the attack to me. She could not see, the virtigo was so bad, her eyes just twitched around all over like crazy. I felt so bad for her. Then the tingling started in her feet and legs and they became numb. Her nerves were shutting down. They ran tuns of tests. Put her in ICU just to clear everything with our insurance company. They found nothing. Nothing... At this point It had been almost 5 weeks without food. I was just about to file a grievance with the hospital when they diagnosed her with Gillian Barre Syndrome. They treated her for 6 days. She stroked so many times that her brain was flooded with blood to the point that it deteriorated her brain stem away from the brain. She also developed phenomena and the rest of her organs began to shut down.
So if you ask me or our 3 children HCG is a very dangerous diet. My wife was 35, she did have a bad gull bladder so it doctors told me that it was a series of events that body just could not handle. But it all started with the HCG drops.
