This is the first day of many first days! I cannot count how many first diet days I have had in my 38 yrs. But I am trying again!! It doesnt even have anything to do with a new years resolution...I again have resolved to try to lose weight. I feel like Oprah, I cant believe I am still talking about this!! I just hope and pray that I can do it once and for all. My problem is, I get so far with my loss and then i do the stupid thing of rewarding my weight loss with food!! How "Wee-Todd-it" is that?? I always lose between 10-12 pounds, start feeling better, clothes feel a little better then the maddness begins....I eat a little, then a little more...then eat like a Girl gone MADD (hence the name, its only fitting)! The good thing is Im not alone in this, the bad part is....we all want OUT of it.
