Still at it. Having fairly good success, although it has not been that long. Last night however wasnt the best, old habbit of "rewarding with food". Its weird how you can subconsiously do it. You know you lost a few pounds and you tell yourself you can have the forbidden....OMG my forbidden item is warm, fresh baked toll house choc chip cookies. Why you ask did I have these in the house?? Well, my hubby and kids (and me) love these. So I was making them, you know, "for the kids"....NOT!! I felt so bad about eating 4 of them (with a VERY tall glass of milk), I got up this morning and went for a walk in 19 degree weather!!!! This week I am committing to staying on track and exercising. My goal is to loose 2-3 pounds. If its more, it will be sweeter...all the cookies are gone, and I dont intend to buy more (they are truly the devil). So I should be ok!!
