Changing Yoga routines to confuse my muscles and hopefully pull extra caloric burn this week. Planning on doing this each week with a different set of exercises, next week I hope to be able to do an entre week of Jillian Micheals workouts + walking if the weather is agreeable and the kids are well.
What I am striving for is to take my family with me in my journey of changing to mostly vegetarian. I guess in actuality it would make me more of a flexitarian with Vegetable & Raw tendencies...LOL
I think my hormones are waging war with my ambitions making every day quite a challenge.
Creating meals that are acceptable and maybe even a little exciting for me have been an extremely satisfying adventure as I try to incorporate family likes & then twist them to fit my lesser fat requirements.
But it is a feat I will bustle through and one of my rewards will be the monies I raise from my cookbook, which will include newly created recipes. As well as some Old family favorites as well.
You can have some of the old favorites occasionally if you do it only occasionally.
