It has been a horrible month for me. The recovery from this knee replacement with all the medication and rehab exercise has taken a toll on my woe. Today I hit 215 and I have to get back on track or I know it will just keep rising. I need to get back on my routine and get the rest of the weight off. I hate having to re-lose those 14 lbs!!! It is a new month and a new resolution for me!!

Had a good night of rest and already took a walk down our driveway!! I have 9 lbs of IV solution I need to get rid of. LOL The hospital food was really good (I know NO ONE says that) but they had all the carbs listed on their menu so it was very easy to eat the LC way! Of course the "nutritionist" kept trying to get me to add more bready carby foods but I held fast!! Now to get this knee healed and onto the next 25 lb weight loss!!!

Just got home from hospital and the second knee replacement. I will weigh myself tomorrow and start tracking again. Still have long road of recovery but surgery is over!!! I hope to get some sleep and relief from the pain tonight!!!
