Hello, I'm a 53 y/o grandmother of 3 beautiful little girls. I've struggled with weight my whole life but this getting old thing is really kicking my butt. I'm finding what has worked in the past does not follow you into old age :-) Just trying to find what works now so I can enjoy my girl and continue to keep up with them. Wish me luck!
