Kind of eating sporatically today. Got up late and missed breakfast, so I had lunch for breakfast, then mostly snacks. I tend to just grab something quick when it catches my eye. I guess I'm kind of a visual eater and that's kind of annoying. Something for me to work on I guess. Looking forward to dinner, hubby is making a roast. Smells soooo good.

Really hopeing I get a call back on this job. The crazy hours I work now make it hard for me to stay on track. Already over my calories for today but I also need to remember that my day starts at the God forsaken hour of 3am. Right now I should be having dinner and winding down for bed. To bad the kids and hubby have gotten up not to long ago and are ready to go. I guess as long as I have more calories out than in, I'm ok.

I'm beginning to realize that most of my health food issues stems from a) laziness on my part to actually MAKE food, and b) the "I don't like that" picky eater stigma that I seem to not have outgrown. Well, since I'm making changes all around, may as well branch out and retry stuff I "don't like" and see what happens. Here's to experimenting!

Lazy day today. I kind of hate days off. I work such crazy hours that it makes my days off sort of a waste. I think I'm actually going to request more hours. At least if I am working, I am moving.
