I think I'm working to much. Or to hard. I have had some lower back pain lately. I can't tell if it is a muscle ache or a pinched nerve, but its pretty bad. Plus I have a cold, or allergies or something. Everytime I cough or sneeze, hurts my back. Incredibly annoying. I hope I can figure out whatever it is soon so I can jump back in to my activities!

Tonight at work, in addition to my crazy 8 miles of walking, I had to stock dog food. Big ass 40 pound bags. I must have moved over 400 pounds of dog food today. Talk about a workout. My back has really been hurting lately, can't tell if its muscle pain or a pinched nerve in my hip. Either way, its really hard to get moving. Pain is excruciating at times. May have to slow down a bit.

Really hard this month keeping ahead of my calories. My kids both have birthdays this month (well one April 3rd, one May 2nd) and of course that means cake, snacks, party food... So far so good, but its tough to figure out how to get that cupcake without going over, Lol!! On a good note, at work today, one of the morning ladies said I looked like I had lost quite a bit of weight, so that really made my day. Totally makes it feel worth it!
