I notice that this mth i when down almost 13 lbs, I think reason why i change my eating habits & workout.

I'm trying to focus more on my abs, Does anyone have good tips on how to start , So far this week i been eating super clean and doing sit-ups and other abs workouts but i need tip ?

Is a new week means if you didn't have a good week last week you get to start all over again, I plan my meals since Sunday, I'm a early bird so i'm up at 5am to do my morning Cardio also make my own breakfast. I found out what works for me i have lost a total of 35 lbs in 6 mth , I learn that loosing weight is a processes and it takes time, So happy New week stay on point & stay positive =D
