Well, today I think I've exhausted all other possibilities for reversing Type 2 diabetes. Tried everything and all kinds of foods and exercise, but nothing fully controlling it. So....I'm committing to LCHF and IF. I've tried both but never fully one or the other or both. This is a challenge as my whole 53 years I've thought all fat is bad and low fat is better....I was always hungry, fighting weight gain, starving myself, trying bulemia/anorexia (fought bad self image), feeling depressed and tired and super stressed. TODAY is a new day. First attempt at a KETO day.... F: 73% P: 16% C: 11%. Boy it was tough to really get the fat and protein without dragging those pesky carbs with me. My whole way of thinking and shopping is going to drastically change. I'm hoping to gain some new friends on Fatsecret and learn A TON from other's wisdom and experiences. This marks my new relationship with food!
