Back on track this morning after a 3 day weekend w/ my family. We didn't eat the best over the weekend but I still watched my servings on the snacks. I have been really pushing myself to work out and trying to keep it up even know I'm not seeing the scale go down like I would like. I know my body is changing w/ my measurements and still adjusting to the new routines so I'm really trying to be patient. We get so obsessed w/ what that scale says and it can really be depressing at times. So I'm going to try and not look at the scale so much and just keep doing what I'm doing. Weigh in is on Friday!. :)

The snow is messing up my work out schedule.. I'm not happy about it but I just have to get right back on schedule when this is over.

I have been really sticking to the gym routine and doing good. Set goal of working out 6 days a week. My girls really enjoy the gym daycare so it's really been even more incentive for me. I have also been watching my servings and trying to eat better. With this I have actually been having to make myself eat more because my problem was that I didn't each much but what I ate was not good for me. This has been my most difficult part is to eat enough calories of the good food. It's not that the food is bad just seems like so much food during the day w/ the snacks and all and I still can't get to that 1500 calorie goal yet for my daily intake. I'm drinking lots of water w/ the 8 cups minimum. I know my body is adjusting but would like to see the pounds start to go!.
