I am 28 yrs old and a single mom w/ 3 daughters. I juggle a very busy life working and taking care of my home. I'm really not happy w/ myself anymore and want that back. I am now 255 pds and I think my biggest ever. My 1st goal is going to be 200lbs, then 180lbs, and possibly 160lbs. I would like to be around a size 16 again.. Not a 22. Also, I have considered breast reduction surgery but I am afraid of surgeries so I'd really like to see if I can lose alot of it on my own. No point in getting a reduction then hating my body image even more.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Daily.. but I think I shouldn't weigh myself daily to the fact that I'm kind of obsessed w/ that #. I know I'm doing good w/ my exercise and everything but that # doesn't drop like I want it too and then I get upset. We are to attached to that # on the scales!.
