So for the purpose of interest I did weigh but I'm not recording ìt as it is not an official weekly weigh. As some of you know yesterday was a purposeful binge day which consisted of copious amounts of food including some of the following - sausage rolls, cocktails sausages, salami, pizza, garlic bread, chicken poppers, mozzarella sticks, teacakes, chocolate cakes, crisps, fizzy drinks, bday cake, ice cream and more and the result of that on a weigh this morning is a gain of 5lb socket is an understatement I know a good portion of that will be bloating from carbs but still interesting to see and interesting to see how long it will take to work it off...wish me luck this week as I'm gonna need it.
