Ok so first week done and I reasonable loss, I went to the gym 4 days this week and that consisted of 2 circuit classes and two cardio sessions however I think I may need to go more to get better losses as I was hoping to get under 322 this week so a little disappointing but a loss is good whatever it is. After looking back through my food diary I need to quit the mocha drinks as I do not know what effect they have had on my weigh this week. Good thing is that I am now not so lethargic from junk food detox so I'm glad that bit is over with but already dreading the long journey this is going to be. Fingers crossed this coming week will be a good week again and I may even go to the gym an extra day.
