My name is Shannon, I am 28 years old and live in Massachusetts. I am a single mom to 5-year-old twin girls. I work in the medical field, and am currently also a college student working towards a degree in Motion Science (fitness training and instruction) and Nutritional Counseling.

I have been overweight my entire life. My highest was 220. I went on a homemade version of weight watchers and worked out using The Firm DVD's and lost 70lbs in 10 months. I got comfortable and stopped working out. It took about a year but the weight slowly came back. I was 182 lbs when I started Fat Smash for the first time in January 2008.

In Phase One I lost 12 lbs. It was tough, but it worked. I have kept that off for a few months, and finally got myself back to Fat Smash. I am restarting Phase One now and hope to have continued success. I want to reach my goal of 130.

day 6 & 7
If you are doing Fat Smash - day 6 and 7 is the same as all the days in Phase One... veggies, fruits brown rice, etc. I am not sure if there are specific meal plans for Extreme Fat Smash... if there is, sorry I couldn't be of any help.

Extreme Fat Smash EFS
I haven't done Extreme Fat Smash, only the original one. The first time through Phase One I lost 12lbs so it went well. I am not getting on the scale for another week so I will let you know how I did. Good luck!
