Yuck. Only got one liter into me yesterday, and I can feel the difference. Today, 3 liters or bust!
Alas, I'm also going out with my best friend for beer and board games, and then a play at a theatre where we always have a few drinks. And I'm low on spoons. If I'm less than 195 tomorrow, I'll count it as a victory.

Planning a long walk today, which should help burn off some calories. I have a terrible suspicion I'll be stress-eating tonight, as I'm standing and waving at the deadlines I blew right past, way back on the horizon. We'll see. Wish me luck.

Bleargh. Nightmare last night was one of the bad ones. I woke up unable to feel much past my elbow on the right side. Worked on the muscles some, and I have some movement back in the hand, but I don't think I'll be able to get dressed enough to go out and exercise today.

Here we go again. It's been a long winter, with some health problems leaving me too medicated to move for at least 2 months. I've put on a LOT of weight, and when I stepped on the scale last week and saw the first number be a 2 for the first time in my life, that lit a fire under my butt.
Starting slow, going to restrict my calories and try to get some walking in each day. If I feel like I have extra energy, I'll add a bit of Wii Fit or an aerobics video. Once I don't feel like a whale, and too embarassed to be seen in a bathing suit, I might add swimming a couple times a week, or a dance class or something. We'll see.
Small steps.
