I'm feeling more awake today even though I only got about 6 hours of sleep last night. I have upped my water intake. My scale doesn't work right now, so I don't know my current weight, but I do know that I still need to cut back on calories.
My mood and overall physical feeling is better today though. Although I am still lacking work motivation.
