Starting off the New year with a loss. I don't understand it. I did not record anything as I was going to have a cookie or desert for Christmas if I wanted it but did not want to overdo anything. So I am a Happy camper starting the New Year. I am a senior citizen and want to lose about 15 more pounds. So would be happy with a small loss each week. Happy New Year to all!!

I have fallen off the train 😔,not been checking in, not recording my meals, making cookies, baking nut rolls. Too scared to get on the scale. Prepared for a big gain. But it was not as bad as I thought. But I have noticed, even when not tracking, that I can not eat as much as I used to.So I will try not to overeat for this holiday season and start off the New Year to have a loss. Take care all and stay safe and enjoy Christmas!
