Starting off the New year with a loss. I don't understand it. I did not record anything as I was going to have a cookie or desert for Christmas if I wanted it but did not want to overdo anything. So I am a Happy camper starting the New Year. I am a senior citizen and want to lose about 15 more pounds. So would be happy with a small loss each week. Happy New Year to all!!
