Didn't take long for me to slip. Today is another day and it hasn't started out well. My toddlers are behaving like toddlers and I have reached the point of "destroy everything, I don't care anymore."
Food choices are better today. I pulled out a piece of salmon and a piece of haddock for my meals. It's sunday, which means garbage night. I am going to clean out the fridge and make room for many premeasured things.
I didn't get my workout in yesterday, but hope to do it today while the boys nap. For them I pulled out ground pork. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, but I'll figure something out.
Keeping my minor changes for another week. I'm still not used to black coffee, but I'm getting there. Also, been steaming my vegetables and cooking my eggs without oil.

Another stressful day in my household. Turns out realtors don't make things any easier to find a place. After spending a large part of my day making sure my toddlers made a mess everywhere I cleaned up, I managed to miss dinner for myself. It's about 8:00pm my time and I've no idea what to make for dinner. I also feel like throwing back a few cold ones. Good thing I don't feel like getting out of pajamas. Of course with a beer store next door, I don't exactly have to.
I can't wait to move. My city actually made the list for the most alcoholic cities again this year. Only this time we hit #1.
I need to find a way to destress!!!

Omgosh! I had no idea how many carbs bananas are loaded with! I thought for sure eating one of those was a far better choice than eating a cookie. I wonder how hard I'm going to have to work all of that off!

My day did not get off to a good start. My babysitter cancelled 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. As easy as it is to get a last minute sitter for 2 toddlers on a Saturday morning, I called off anyway. I had planned on stopping at the grocery store on the way home so, once again, my meal planning has been sabotaged! Did okay for breakfast. I think I have developed an unhealthy addiction to cheese. I am going to avoid it for the rest of the day. Perhaps I'll make that my mini challenge next week. Limit myself to one or two servings a week. I am doing well with drinking my coffee black, and avoiding condiments.
I have black bananas so I'm going to make the boys banana cookies. I much prefer banana bread, but both items are a big NO. But the boys will have a snack on hand that I don't particularly care for. I work in health care, but a run a bake from home business so I'm always around baked goods. I learned long ago not to eat my wares. LOL
Today, I am going to call some realtors and see what company is my best option to go for. I think I'll do much better with my relocation with a professional doing all the leg work.
Another day that I wont be at the gym. I think I'll do my NMTZ without the instructions today. I don't really care for Jillian Michaels, but I am competitive so I do my best not to allow her to show me up in my living room.

Well, crisis averted. Sort of. Made the boys PB&J on whole grain crackers while I had a serving of progresso soup with grilled cheese made on the very thin whole wheat bread. I didn't go over my calorie mark, but my carbs are through the roof! I need to plan better for these sort of things. I'll get the hang of it at some point. I'm anxiously awaiting for it to become second nature!
Under my calorie mark and I got my work out in. Not the best food choices, but it could have been a lot worse. So I'll take it!
