I'm continuing to feel better physically, lighter on my feet and stronger. Today my walk was the easiest that its been. Lost an inch on my waist, inch on my hops and an inch on my thighs. Yay for me!
Ate pretty much as I pleased all weekend but didn't gain so I also feel good about that. Plan to really stay on track this week.
