Hi,

Thanks everybody. Thanks for the welcome. I'm cursed with endrocine problems. I even have taken the extreme step of having my adrenal glands removed. I've been hospitalized for eating poorly (600-700 calories a day), I've found I slipped back. I typically eat once a day, 7-11 lunch. Friends are always worried about my health.

I try to exercise, but sometimes I miss a few days at a time.

I dont know what to do to fix this, but I am going to try to do everything I can.

-- My nickname came from a professor at school. It kind of stuck.
