What is the deal with doing stairs?? I did them for over a week, twice a day, atleast 4 times a week and they NEVER got ANY easier!! When I do the treadmill and up my jogging a minute every time it gets easier but not the dang stairs!! I swear they are going to be the death of me.

I think to myself "I've been good lately. It's mexican food night at work. I'll make myself a chicken burrito. What can it hurt??" Well I should have added up all the calories before I made this decision. 800 calories for one freaking burrito?!?!?!?!?! Well there goes my calorie intake for the day. Man, it was so good though! HAHAHAHAHAHA

[color=orange]First workout of this weight loss attempt. Went pretty good. It was not fun seeing my Mii get plump though. Kinda sad. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
