Here I go again. Day one of trying to keep track of what I am eating and putting in my body. I am beyond healthy weighting in at 199 to 200. I know that it is only a number, but really need to work on getting down my weight!

I actually started this on January 7, so that it has been almost two weeks and I have lose 8 lbs. I plan to continue to keep track of what I eat, actually keeping food diary now helps me to make better choices and to think about what I'm eating. Need to work on more fruits and vegetables, fresh if I can, and increasing exercise.
