I knew this week was tough, so all things considering not as bad as I thought it would be with large family dinners all this week. I'm resetting as of yesterday to stay at least under the 2k in calories for this week, and more of my nature walks which I missed due to how chaotic things have been for me. I'm still looking forward to March!

I have been going down the past couple months, but my Fat percentage has gone up 3%. I realized my cardio is solid, but it's gone as far as it can. So I will be honing in a little more strength training then what I have been doing. After all the real goal is Fat loss, not weight loss right?

Late posting progress, but still! I have a scale that tells me more info now. Fat 32.2%, Water 48.2% - for me 50% would be fully Hydrated. and BMI is 25.3. Still in the overweight category, but 10 lb down from where I started! Next goal, 145 lb !

Hit a Plato, but have a better scale to track more of how my body is doing. I am going to limit my weigh-ins every 2 weeks now that I lost my initial water weight of 8lbs. Going to start adding strength training and better meal prep to my routine before September, really excited! I have also tracked everyday since June 1st, so that's one win.
