Another kilo gone, the hard exercise is paying off.
Its getting easier by the day now, soon I will lift the exercise up another peg.
Keeping a good calorie deficit and feeling great.

Im back from my 2 weeks work on the road, I took with me a swag of protein bars, fruit, tuna, baked beans and breakfast cereal.
Every third day I stopped at a supermarket to top up on salads, meat and fruit to top up the fridge.
All evening meals were lean meat and veg or tuna salad when no kitchen was available.
No junk food was consumed.
Overall a great result over the last 2 weeks, as my goal was weight maintenance and in the end I dropped another 1kg in weight.
I got home last night and done 45 mins on the bike this morning on extreme hill program.
No alcohol for 5 weeks (6 month goal)

Its been a great result this last week, but the next 2 weeks will be the test, My job takes me away interstate 2 weeks every month, I will get plenty of exercise moving furniture on and off the truck every second day, every other day just drive from one state to the next which is the problem...and eating good food on the road is hard, its not like I get an hour to sit down in a restaurant or cafe.
I leave home on Sunday, My goal in this 2 weeks is to maintain my weight loss
