Hey, it's Christmas... And Iove Christmas and most importantly I love Christmas food. This year ae are lucky to finally visit our family and friends in Puerto Rico! This means lots of traditional food and goodies I can only get here. I am expecting a weight increase next time I'm on a scale...It is totally worth it. I promise.

Eh... First time in a bit that I am to record a gain instead of any loss. But it was a cheat day yesterday and I ate. Sue me.

I guess this had to happen eventually. Last week I tore a bicep working out. Then hurt it even more trying to paint some xmas art on some windows. Now I can't workout my arms for 4 or 6 weeks. Pain In The Butt. Cuz this hurt like a bish.
