it's been a slow process, but I guess I'm loosing by eating healthy, which in the long run, the weight will stay off.

I just don't know what is happening, with the extra additional exercises and staying on a caloric intake between 1300 and 1500, I cannot seem to loose weight, but I'm slowly gaining? This is so discouraging
