I haven't really been sleeping well (if at all) lately. I'm really not tired right now, so, instead of sitting on my butt watching Netflix, I used the elliptical :) I felt like I was dying towards the end and wanted to quit part way through but I didn't and I'm kind of proud of that! After I finished, I went and sat outside, listening to the rain and the animals was really nice and when I looked in the mirror, I felt less disgusted with myself. I'll try to do this every night... just hopefully not at 3 am!

Super stressful day, but took Yasa out for a nice hike and that helped a lot :)

So I signed up again to do the morning dog kennel shift for my favorite shelter :) Means LOTS of running and bending and lifting every morning, then all throughout the days too! I usually do morning shifts in the summers but it works well with my school schedule and it will keep me active again. Yay!

I've been eating so terribly lately... I'm feeling kind of sick (sore throat, tired a lot) so I'm also not really exercising. We lacked hot water for a couple days, so I was using that as my excuse for not exercising even though that clearly makes no sense.

Woohoo! I was wicked nervous about weighing myself but yay! My scale is one of those old needle non-digital ones and it was just under the 2 mark :)
