I've been eating so terribly lately... I'm feeling kind of sick (sore throat, tired a lot) so I'm also not really exercising. We lacked hot water for a couple days, so I was using that as my excuse for not exercising even though that clearly makes no sense.

I skipped through some of your food diary. Just some suggestions. You might want to checkout some of the rdi calculators besides the one here on fat secret, it's a bit high. Mummydee and draglist recommend one. You might want to try eating more veggies and whole foods, avoid the junk food (candy bars, sweet kid's cereals), avoid the processed foods. Cheeses even vegan ones are high in calories so are good in moderation. Add some legumes for protein, follow the complementary protein guidelines for vegans. I use complementary proteins but not the guidelines for vegans as am not a vegetarian but don't usually eat much meat. I have added some recently to boost proteins a bit due to a head injury to help speed up healing. Will be back to mostly plant based next week. Due to the meat and some rare candy with Halloween my calories have been higher than usual.

Thanks :) I've been kind of focusing on just diligently tracking what I eat in a normal period, to see what I can obviously change. Now that I've observed, I'm started to make the changes (WAY more veggies and wayyyyy less junk, but that was clear already). Mostly, it helped me figure out what time I am more likely to go for the carby fatty junk food (night time) so I'm starting to use that time for stuff that keeps me busy and away from the kitchen. Thank you so much though :)
