Another day of rest. Guess I'll set a few goals as a reminder.
NO CARBS after 3pm & NO EATING after 7pm
Eat carbs at breakfast and lunch, but not at any other meal after 3pm. All eating should be done by 7pm.

30min Challenge
In this challenge you will do cardio exercise for 30min a day for 5 days in a row, for 4 weeks.

We've just returned from our action packed, fun-filled family vacation in Bermuda on the Royal Carribean, Enchantment. Of the Seas. Also, I had several revelations about life, love and optimum health.
Health: my body is acidic from too much coffee,meat and snacks. Not enough alkaline type foods.
BREAKFAST
Bran muffin
Watermelon, cant elope and honeydew
2 cups od decaf coffee
SNACK
Orange juice w/aloe vera juice
LUNCH
Spicey Sardines
2 boiled eggs
SNACK
