I have finally gotten in my mind that I have to loose this weight, I excercise every morning with a tape then If I can I will walk if the weather permits. I will be excited when I hit under the seventies that one I will. Really be excited. Going to a Hospice ball at the end of the month and I wished I could where the sleeveless outfits but I am working hard on it. It is in the Gatsby era so you know how the dresses were in the 1920. I have one already but it has sleeves half way down, but it is ok it am going to enjoy every minute of it, I guess my mind is set to loose this weight not just for the diabetics but for me wanting to look and feel better.I look forward to excercise in the morning. I listen to music all day until. My kids get home from work. I dance around all the time I can not sit still if the music is going on but I now feel I have to do a little exercise with it here and there and not sit down until the evening with my kids. Journey I was battling for a few months could to get over the 183 I would go back and forth to 186 did not want to put it down because I could not get any further.. So we are on ther right tract like I was when I lost 50 with weight watchers. Bye for now

I am trying hard to stay with this program but when I want t put something down that I ate it gives me up teen things to go by and I cook it my self but it will not let put it down.

I have been trying to stick with this, Just do not right in , Then I got sick for 3 days I was shocked to see that I have gotten in the 188. Have not been there fr a long time, I am feeling better of myself just for those few pounds I have lost. I do not worry about it any more. I do exercise but it is not all at once I break it up. Well journey I am tire going to be.
