I have to get it together. I will do better. My breakfast was 595 calories. Looks like I will pass on lunch. I really need to go to the grocery store ASAP! I do so much better when I plan my meals and have the food at home, LOL. I know what I have to do so enough of that.

Well journal next week I will start my spinning classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. I am ready for the PAIN! I love my class so much and miss my friends. I am not sure what classes (cardio) I can take on Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be working out with a great (and very easy on the eyes) Personal Trainer at his gym. I’m not sure what all will be done but I showed him all my flab I want to work on.

Today is a beautiful day 76 degrees in Fort Lauderdale, 73 in Boca Raton, 78 in Miami. Jamaica / Bahamas here I come!
