Went to see Man In Black last night. Good show and nice to get out for a bit. Next show scheduled is Jason Aldeen.

On a get away in Laughlin, Nv. Went for a hike near Davis Dam and yesterday we walked the Boardwalk and checked out the new cruise ship they have. I brought weights but havent used them yet. I have however logged quite a few hiking/ walking miles!

These are pictures of areas in my neighborhood. Crazy winds yesterday 65-75 mph! We were lucjy just to lose a few shingles from our roof...

No change since weighing last time. Going on vacation for 2 weeks in our RV. I don’t think I’ll have access to a gym this time but I’m bringing my hand weights and bands. Usually do a lot of walking as well.
We were supposed to leave yesterday but we had 65 mph winds and sideways rain here. It would not have been a good thing to be towing a 5th wheel on the road ! Today is breezy but not as bad.

Im back to pre-surgery weight selection in bodypump weightlifting class and bottom pic shows why Im doing all those push ups! Pretty happy with muscle definition right now. Dk what weight is, havent weighed for over a week...
