Today is not any better for me than yesterday was. You will all notice there is nothing much added to my food diary and that is because I was very queasy all day and most of the night. Today I still have the nausea but I have no other real symptoms so I have come to work to get my shift in and over with. I work with some real great people and just know that the night will go well. I am tired and stressed out and have to be honest ( and this maybe the low blood sugar talking )I am the crankiest witch this side of the west.. The good news is that I am off tomorrow and can try to get myself on track. Well folks, I really must get back to my customers but thanks for listening. Well today I am a lot slack..lol I haven't even had my snack yet and it is my lunch time. I think I am experiencing some thryoid symptoms today as I feel like I haven't slept, and my joints and muscles are quite achey. If not, then I am coming down with my neice's virus. Today my goal is just to get my water in and to eat my calories. I am still having difficulty with this, but after speaking with the dietician today, I will begin to use Glucerna ( if I can find it) to help beef up my smoothies and if I can't find that then I will purchase some protein powder to enhance them.
I lost 6 pds so far in the last 3 weeks, and while I am excited, I just don't feel that much better for it. Maybe it takes more time.. I will stick to my plan and just hope for the best!
