Going over calories today...out for date night with the husband!

I was told earlier today "look at how tiny you are." I replied with "thank you" and then because this is a really good friend of mine went on to say "how come the scale doesn't show it?"

Funny---I was doing okay.
Goals:
1. Record what I eat.
2. Only eat what I bring to work.
3. Quit smoking.
4. Exercise program including yoga.
5. Drink more water.
For two weeks, I am only going to focus on drinking water, recording what I eat and not noshing on snacks all day.

Okay---I will fully admit my diet has sucked for the last 24 hours. Back on track tomorrow.

Been doing my crunches---abs challenge. Started last week with 10 a day, now at 20 a day, building up to 100 crunches a day at week 10. Have not been feeling well---my sinuses are bothering me, head hurts, face hurts, throat hurts.
