The pizza crust was paper thin, little sauce, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, back olives...loaded with veggies, meat nice amount but not what I would consider heavy.

I'm thinking the pizza when they say one slice they mean triangles...this pizza was cut into squares...I had 1 square of pepperoni, 2 squares of sausage, they were the corner pieces.
My next goal is to change what I ate. I start out good at work, but man once I get home it sure slides off.

I'm kinda estimating dinner tonight. I made Hamburger Helper but used chorizo instead of meat. I found at caloriecount.about.com 2/3 cup of Hamb Helper Stroganoff was 131 calories...I imagine that was noodles and sauce.

I have avoided the elevator for the most part today. I did take it instead of walking up 6 flights of stairs.

I seriously ate like crap today, but I was at least honest about it. Drank a lot of water---probably to dilute the salt I put in my body.
Tomorrow is a work day, so back to yogurt and healthy choice meals.
