Monday morning walked .5 in the morning and in the evening ran/walked on the treadmill 25 minutes. Total distance 1.75 miles.

Walked Monday .8, Tuesday .9, Wednesday 1.0, skipped walking Thursday, Friday 1.25, Saturday 1.34, Sunday (as of now I have not walked/ran today other than around the house) Tues-Sat ran from 2 blocks to now 5 1/2 blocks without stopping. Started included low impact exercise into walking/running plan as of Friday.
