I have been married for 33 years now, we were married at 19. Seven years later we were blessed with our first child who is now 25 and our second child is now 23. We have no grandchildren yet! :) I never had a weight problem until my early 40's when I had a partial hysterectomy. Two years after that the weight started creeping in, then my father passed away, I lost my job and depression set in. Then eating became a habit, a way of life for me. Now after several attempts with WW and other programs, I've given WW another try. So far..so good, usually after losing 10 lbs it's like a licenses to eat junk again. This time I keep logging my points and going to meetings and not looking at how much it is costing me....LOL I want to someday hopefully have grandchildren and be able to play with them. Life isn't over at 50 it is just beginning! And I want to enjoy every moment of it.

Biggest Loser DVD
It is good, at first I couldn't do as many lunges as they did. But, I kept plugging along and after about 1 1/2 weeks I am keeping up. The strength training is something I can follow, I use 5lb weights. I do them every other day. I lost 4.4lbs this week and I really believe a lot of that was doing the strength training. You can buy the video at Wal Mart for around 10.00 that is what a paid for it a year ago.

You can also select if you want low impact or boot camp, if you want warm up or cool down. Let me know if you end up using it, with the weight training your body continues to burn the fat.

I have a couple of Leslie Sansone tapes, I like her too. I mix it up but, at least 3 times a week I use the Biggest Loser DVD.
