Tomorrow is Day 1 of going back on the induction and starting a healthy eating lifestyle again after many months and a lot of personal trauma in my life and MANY months of eating whatever i wanted, lol. Good thing is. I've maintained where I left off and didn't fall off the wagon completely. Now that I'm in a new healthy mind frame and am excited to get started again, here's to a new me. Body, mind and soul! :)

so I fell off the wagon once I moved just before Christmas. I was dealing with extreme amounts of stress. First I ended up moving to a colder place instead of a warmer place. It's only temporary bit still. I also have been dealing with a boyfriend who was diagnosed with bi- polar disorder. So going through that with him and supporting him on the road to healthiness has taken it's toll. But I haven't gained! What a relief!
Things are settling down now and Im restarting the induction. At least this time my weight is 159 and not 179 :) I've also been doing yoga at home. It feels good to be back on track. I'll keep updating again daily as well. Here we go.... :)
