Well It's been about a week since I entered any information. I've been away and/or super busy running around getting preparations made to move to California. Good news is I've stuck to my diet and have been active. I was using my workout machine but had to eventually pack it up. I'm still not losing at a rate in which I first started or nearly as fast as I'd like but at least I'm still losing and I'm gonna keep at the induction even longer - my 2 weeks were up already...So....I bought some new clothes about 5 days ago. The jeans are already loose! That's a good sign, unfortunately I can't buy any more clothes till I get to my goal weight or I'll be wasting more money! lol

Well, I've been keeping up with exercise and my new eating habits and I finally broke the "60's" barrier! 168 tomorrow? :D The first night of my new exercise regime I actually worked out for an hour and 10 minutes. I was also distracted by watching 'House' while I was working out, so it didn't even seem as bad as I thought it would be, lol Hopefully things will keep on a roll until I reach the next barrier...the 50's! :)
I've also been drinking more hot green tea. I heard once that cold water is actually not always good to drink. It congeals the fat in your body...makes a lot of sense. Maybe that's why Chinese and Japanese cultures drink hot tea with all their meals, eat lots of carbs and fat and still stay skinny - well, until we North Americans introduced them to American Fast Food, that is! lol.
