Hope everyone had a good Fourth!
It's raining today in that lightningy kind of way, so walking outdoors isn't the best idea. Might go to the YMCA if that is still going on at lunch.
Rough couple of days in life but did well with food choices for the most part.

Happy Monday Everyone!
Everyone seems to be ready for the holiday weekend but we have a week or so to go yet.
Meal prepped like mad yesterday, 3 meals and snacks for 3 days. Working to up fiber and protein and decrease fat. Goal is to be off of blood pressure medication before 2024.
Had a great workout yesterday trimming trees for an hour. I have missed working outside. Its sweaty but the time flies!
Still working to find activities for the little guy outside of therapy that are fun and interesting to his differently wired brain.
Lots to do yet but proud of my accomplishments this far. Have a great day All and be safe!

Making a grocery list and it is turning out to be a monster!
QUESTION for my FS PEEPS: How do you maintain a manageable grocery bill and still get the green leafys and all the other stuff that goes with a health way of eating?
