I've been away again, dealing with personal issues. And again, letting everything else just fall to side. I think I may try to take on too much when I'm trying to build a healthier life style for myself. So I'm just starting with small commitments to change - increase veggie intake, and daily movement. It feels a little less overwhelming when I break it down like that.

Question for female Intermittent Fasters:
I recently came across an article that suggested IF has negative effects on females. I haven't done it too much. I do 20:4, but I do have a hard time getting in all my recommended calories. I figure it doesn't matter as much at my size, though I could be wrong. Has anyone had any negative experiences with IF?
