Pretty excited to have transitioned from Red to Orange on my weight status. Finally picking up some momentum and feel healthier than the last time I was at this weight.
Started using moisturizer to help my skin tighten up with the weight loss. Am a little worried, being older, whether my elastin production is still up to snuff. When I lost all the weight in 2010, it took months for my skin to tighten up. A buddy of mine said it pretty accurately when he lost a bunch of weight: "When old fat guys like us lose weight, we get older really fast." Hope I am not too late. Then again, a little loose skin is a better problem to have than being overweight.

Milestone day today -- finally got below 200#. But really under-ate yesterday to get there, so the elliptical workout this morning was tough and lasted a little shorter than I hoped - but not horrible. Been hungry today - but kept discipline. I know I really should be eating more, but liking the step drops in weight. Working from home has some eating temptation disadvantages. Having tea to quell the pangs, but craving bacon for some reason.
Joining my fiancée for drinks with her friends tonight, so reserving my calories for a nice chicken ceasar salad and cocktails.

Complete incentive loss this morning (no workout after night of insomnia) and in the afternoon (Dorito binge that I actually had the sense to pre-measure). But managed to hit the elliptical and find some musical motivation this afternoon to push it harder and longer than I have been. So while the calories were not very good quality, at least the deficit was reasonable.
